We produce according to customers’ s specifications. We start from subcontracted parts or we take upon to buy materials, that can be rolled, drawn and ground but also forged produced by Italian historical forgers.
Still as requested by customer we can take care of supply castings in steels, special steels and non-ferrous alloys.
Also we stock some special measurement in inches ground bars (ø25,4 ø38,1 ø42,86 ø68,26 Ø54) in standard 42CrMo4, AISI420, AISI410, AISI316.
In the processing we also take responsibility, through qualified suppliers, of all those other operations that can not be performed by us.
Heat treatments such as STRESS RELIEVING, TEMPERING, INDUCTION HARDENING, CEMENTING, NITRIDING, P.A.C.D.
Coatings as TUNGSTEN CARBIDE COATING, CHROMIUM OXIDE COATING, CHROME CARBIDE COATING, FERROUS, CHROMIUM PLATING, WHITE OR YELLOW GALVANIZING, SILVERING and ANODIZING, CHEMICAL NICKEL PLATING.
Suppliers support us to provide a finished product to the customer; such as: INTERNAL DIAMETERS POLISH, GEAR AND TEETH, SLOTTING, ELECTROEROSION, WELDING, SHOT PEENING, BLASTING.
Also through our qualified providers we can complete the part with non-destructive tests or inspections and certifications 3.2
The final service is custom-made packaging of the products, in particular with special cases for shafts and rods, also in length up to 6 meters, built by us or treated and certified for export.
